It is not possible to objectively evaluate the benefits or the efficacy of supplements through ordinary home use; so, I will not get into this product's effectiveness, and you can search the Internet for the benefits of the main ingredients of this product.It comes in the form of powder and it mixed okay in water, but I did use a hand mixer. The taste was okay.It is clearly indicated on the bottle that it was made in Canada, and it has an NPN number (Natural Product Number) that can be used to confirm that it was licensed in April 2016, and the license was revised in June 2024. There are 7 brand names associated with the license, and the license holder is Biowell Laboratories.Similar to the label on the product, the NPN product information page lists 5 medicinal ingredients. Risk information on the NPN page is as follows:"Cautions and WarningsEnsure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product."It comes in a container with 226gr in it. The recommended dosage is 7gr per day which should have the bottle last for a month if you follow the recommended dosage. The price was $43 CAD at the time of writing.While I cannot confirm the claimed benefits or the product's efficacy, I see no reason to cut any stars from my rating. I appreciate that it was made in Canada and that it comes with a proper NPN number on the bottle.

I've been getting back in the exercising semi regularly so I can lose a little weight and I needed something to help rehydrate me more than anything. This works well for that, but the flavor is lacking.One of the biggest things I noticed was if I use about 400 mL of water, and use a single scoop, the flavor is very weak and a little on the watery side. So you either have to drop down to half the amount of water in order to up the flavor, or use two scoops. I opted to use two scoops because otherwise I'm not getting enough water back into my system to properly rehydrate. The downfall to this is, that makes this an expensive product because it only lasts half as long as it should.I can say with a double dose and around 400 mL of water I do feel rehydrated pretty well afterward and the flavor overall when it's saturated enough is better than most. It's not overly sweet and the fruit punch flavor is noticeable once you double up the dose or use half the water.So while this does work, I do have to knock two stars off for the weak flavor that basically forces you to double up the dose, which in turn makes it so it lasts only half as long.

Delivers a good dose of BCAAs in two-scoops (you get 3.6g of leucine with two scoops - with just one, you're underdosing that key amino acid - the same goes for beta alanine where you get 3g in two scoops).Taste wise, it's pleasant a solid 3 out of 5 - light flavoring that's not overly sweet or strong. It's not one of those flavors that gets addicting but it does the job.This product is perfect for mixing in a water bottle and sipping on it through out your workout. It also features a good dose of glutamine and beta alanine (again, in two scoops).Value wise, this is not the greatest though at $42, considering you're getting 15 full servings - which is half servings on the indicated on the label. Essentially you're looking at $2.80 per serving which can be on the high side. It might be worth it if you value Made in Canada - but that would be about it.

It has a nice tropical taste to it as advertised, and it only requires a small scoop full in every berry flavoured shake I generally consume after a workout.Since this product is GMO free and offers 234 Grams of powder, I can probably get an estimated 40 or more servings at this rate if used carefully, so there is plenty to work with. I also noticed that it seems to dissolve quickly, and there are no other issues that I can determine at this time.Overall super pleased with this supplement. 5 stars.
