Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 USD after discounts and before taxes.

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Returns :

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your biogenique.com order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through another retailer.

Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Orders placed for clearance items are final sale.
