This astragalus has been easy to take and fits well into my routine. The capsules are an average size and easy to swallow, and the bottle arrived well sealed, which I appreciate.I’ve been taking the recommended two capsules per day for about a week and haven’t experienced any side effects or digestive issues so far. It’s still early, so I can’t comment on long‑term effects yet, but it feels good overall.I like that it’s made in Canada with clear labeling, a Health Canada NPN, and third‑party testing, which gives me more confidence in the product’s quality and consistency.Overall, this seems like a solid, clean astragalus supplement and one I’m comfortable continuing to use.

My Functional Medicine practitioner has suggested I do a trial period on Astragalus. A key factor in my ongoing health challenges is chronic systemic inflammation; that, paired with profound fatigue, has made it hard to keep going some days. With his guidance (he has medical training plus a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine) I’ve been steadily improving this past year. It’s a slow process, by trial-and-error, sometimes one variable at a time, to figure out something as highly personalized as a treatment regime. Plus, of course, symptoms and circumstances evolve. So it’s important to keep looking into new options. Astragalus has a long tradition of use for fatigue; it has also been studied/proven helpful for modulating several key biomarkers at the core of my condition.So… here we go. I was happy to find this Astragalus from the excellent Canadian company Biogenique. I’ve been buying their supplements for a while now. I like their cutting edge formulations (they do their own research and development) as well their exacting quality standards (they manufacture in-house, in cGMP certified manufacturing facilities, with *every single batch* tested by a third-party for purity and potency, and certificates of analysis available for each one). No fillers. No GMO. The sealed bottle I received is imprinted with a lot number and an expiry date, as well as the Health Canada NPN (Natural Product Number): 80132220

Immune System, Heart Health and fatigue the primary areas that Astragalus apparently supports. It is suggested that Astragalus may positively boost energy level.. It’s also suggested that Astragalus can improve immune system response.If you have any autoimmune diseases (i.e., Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis), you should avoid using this supplement.Few studies currently exist regarding use of Astragalus during pregnancy or while breast-feeding – if you are either of those, you should avoid taking this.My interest is in how this Astragalus herb will assist me with stress management, improve my baseline of energy throughout the day, and possibly improved skin elasticity.There are interesting potential benefits, but also numerous mentions of caution regarding Astragalus. I will continue the recommended daily dosage of one tablet taken twice per day. Astragalus Root supplement falls into the category of improving one’s immune response snd possibly enhancing vitality, two prime reasons I take supplements, and as such, I recommend it!

This biogenique product along with all the others I have tried meets my high expectations on the quality front.The 3rd party testing inspires confidence in the safety as well as purity of the product. The GMP certification and made in Canada approach is appreciated. I use Astragalus in my supplement routine to help boost my immune system.The reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is at 2 capsules a day recommended dosage this can be prohibitively expensive in the long term. The simple economics mades that 5th star unachievable.

It’s a nice addition to my daily wellness routine, especially during busy seasons when I want extra immune support. The quality feels good and I appreciate that it’s made in Canada. I’ve noticed a nice boost in overall energy and vitality without any harsh side effects or stomach discomfort. I use quite a few Biogenique products and I'm satisfied with all of them, it's one of my favourite made in Canada supplements brands.
