The quality of these CoQ10 vitamins is good and I feel safe buying from a Canadian company but the price per capsule is 74¢ each. Each tablet contains 100mg of CoQ10 and only 5 IU of Vitamin E. By comparison you can purchase 100mg of CoQ10 and 100 IU of vitamin E for only 35¢ when purchasing CoQ10 and Vitamin E separately. Sure you lose the convenience of taking only one pill but you also get 95 IU more of vitamin E. The content of Vitamin E is very small in these Bigenique capsules and is mainly to help accentuate the benefits of CoQ10. It's very good practice to take both CoQ10 and Vitamin E together at the same time, my question "is 5 IU of vitamin E going to be effective? and how much of a difference will 5 IU of vitamin E make?Overall I like the quality of these vitamins and the ability to support a Canadian Company. I do believe in the benefits of taking CoQ10 and Vitamin E but question if 5 IU of Vitamin E is really going to make a difference. It is more convenient to have both CoQ10 and Vitamin E in one tablet however you definetely pay a 2X premium and get less Vitamin E compared to purchasing two supplements and taking two bills.For me personally, I have no problem taking two pills, saving money and getting more vitamin E.
