I was intrigued by this product as many of the mushrooms listed as ingredients are used in stir fries I make. Mushrooms are a great source of antioxidants, and Vitamin D, helping with digestion, and reducing blood pressure. There are different types of antioxidants, so it's worth diversifying. Mushrooms are under the category of flavonoids. Since I've been taking antioxidant supplements for a while now, it's hard to tell if these capsules were any more or less effective compared to other products I swapped them out for. However, my skin remains in good shape, and my digestive health is good, so they're doing their job.The capsules themselves are of average size, and are easy to swallow. They're odourless, and tasteless. Only one pill per day is required, preferably with a meal, to assist with digestion. I like that fact that I know what most of the mushroom blend consists of, as I'm not a huge fans of exotic mystery ingredients. They're manufactured in Canada, by Jensen Laboratories, which is a reputable firm. There's a NPN on the bottle, indicating that the product had been reviewed by the Canada Health for ingredient quality and manufacturing consistency. That's all one can expect on a non-regulated product.

I can get adjustment responses when taking things like this. I always add them in gently and slowly. I had a bit of an off day they day I decided to add these and have not added them in regularly.I always take supplements individually and then place them all in a morning organizer so It is convenient and I don't forget anything, but have to give this a few more days to ensure it fits in.The quality seems great. I have used Bioqenique before with other supplements. I am always happy and I trust the brand. I can't speak to any benefits as I am just adding these in, but I am pleased with the order and the brand as always.
