I was in need of a Choline supplement as along term vegetarian this is something I often do not get enough of. I already take a bunch of supplements so it’s important to me the supplements I take are effective, bio available and not nausea inducing.This one checks all the boxes. I prefer Canadian or UK supplements because of their high standards so I was glad to see these are Canadian.On user experience: You are instructed to take 2 a day which is a slight set back for me as I prefer one a day supplements but these are easy to swallow without a bad taste.I found if I took these with a bite of food or separately from my other supplements I felt totally fine.While I can’t visibly see the impact I know of all the internal benefits of this type of supplement which will probably only show up in lab work months down the line but I’m happy to take it.
