The recommended serving for adults is two capsules, three times a day, which works out to six capsules daily. Even though 120 capsules sounds like a decent-sized bottle, it only lasts 20 days if you're following the directions.So, I did a little reading on collagen supplements, and most of the studies showing benefits for joints or skin seem to use around 2,500 mg per day or more. Since these capsules are 500 mg each, you'll likely need to take at least five capsules a day to get into that range which means your not going to get a full month out of this bottle.Overall, the product itself seems well made and the packaging is sealed well. Just be aware that if you're taking enough to potentially see benefits, you'll go through the bottle fairly quickly.

Ordered this to support connective tissues worn down over the years and exacerbated by gym and other physical activities.Overall no specific issues noted, side effects etc. As with other supplements this may take some time to see actual benefits but have noticed improvements in shoulder pain which this may have supported. Also noticing faster nail growth which may have been impacted.Individual capsule sizes are good, and dosage per capsule also good.
