I, however, received Turkey Tail, which is a type of mushroom that aids in digestion, and has antioxidant properties. They're both manufactured by Jensens Laboratories, under the brand name Biogenique. I've used several of their products, and they're all of excellent quality. They're made in Canada and have Natural Product Numbers (NPN), indicating that the ingredients have been reviewed for quality, potency, and safety, by Health Canada. It's important that a product has a NPN, since natural remedies aren't as regulated as regular pharmaceuticals are.I probably would have given a 4 star rating if I received the correct product, because L-Theanine is a milder alternative to Melatonine or Velarian root, as a sleep aid, I'll have to try again and get the correct product.
