I know they say you need to wait at least a month before you judge whether it's working; it's just past 3 weeks for me and I'm 100% convinced it has helped my knee.About 20 years ago I was trail running (which I knew wasn't a great idea to begin with) and my left foot went down some sort of varmint hole; my left knee slightly hyper-extended under my full weight and... I just haven't been able to put my full body weight on that leg with knee locked, ever since.... if I do, I basically just reinjure that knee. It has happened a couple times per year; I can't constantly be crouching!So I was talking to somebody on the street last week, and idiotically simultaneously walking backwards for no good reason-- and I suddenly went off the curb, my full weight landing on that back leg with the knee locked.....And I was fine!The person I was talking to saw the look of, first, absolute terror on my face-- and then suddenly pleasant surprise. I think they were really confused by that.I mean it feels like a miracle to me!I am taking a number of supplements right now, but none of them claim to help with joints -- so it must to be this stuff healing me.I have similar joint problems with my right shoulder and left elbow; those areas also seem to be far more durable recently.I've been taking two to four capsules per day, though I've missed a few doses here and there.I will add "Biogenique" to my list of trusted supplement manufacturers...all the claims they make about legitimacy seem... well, legitimate.

To be clear, the three stars, or the lack of five stars, is strictly price based.Biogenique makes an absolutely wonderful product that you can certainly trust to be the product that you're buying and yes that is worth a premium over the lowest of the lowest priced fly by night supplement companies here on Amazon.However I'm not comparing it to that - I am strictly comparing it to other brands that I know are trusted and that I've used for years.This is $0.52 for 750 mg of MSM.... And I do take about 3 g a day as a athletic male for it to do it's noticed purpose.That's two bucks a day for MSM. I've gotten the same quality and dose for less than 40 cents.... That's a significant price difference.I really can't tell why it's so much more expensive because there's nothing to indicate that it's a different bioavailability, source, additional proprietary joint blend... Nothing.So yeah, I'm probably going to have to stick with a very other popular Canadian supplement brand for my MSN because that was also doing his job for a much lower price.
