I have mild osteoarthritis in my knees as well as hip pain, so I decided to give these supplements a try. The dosage is two capsules, twice daily with a meal. It also says to take a few hours before or after other medications or supplements. This is a bit of a challenge, as I take several supplements throughout the day and many of those are to be taken with food as well.A few good things; They came double sealed. They are made in Canada and are non GMO. The expiry is more than two years away.One odd thing; there is no mention of non-medicinal ingredients. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that on a supplement before. Even if there are no additives, the capsules themselves must contain non-medicinal ingredients.I have not experienced any negative side effects so far. But I have also not noticed any benefits. However, the label says to use for one month to see beneficial effects. I’ll try to circle back and update my review after one month if there are any obvious changes between now and then.

This product is made in Canada, which I love way more restrictions and accountability for pure products.Overall, a great supplement for joint and cartilage health.

I recently tried Biogenique’s Joint Support supplement and sor far so good. The formula is comprehensive, containing ingredients like MSM, collagen, turmeric, white willow bark, quercetin, beta carotene, B2, B6, D3, glycine, L-lysine, manganese, and zinc. It's clear that the company put thought into including a wide range of beneficial components for joint health. However, because each capsule has to fit so many ingredients, the dosage of each is relatively low. This means it might not be as effective if you're looking for high doses of specific nutrients, but could be an advantage if you already take a multi-vitamin or have a balanced diet.The recommended dose is two capsules twice a day with meals, which can be a bit cumbersome if you’re fasting or have irregular eating habits. The capsules are average to large in size but manageable to swallow with water or food. They don’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste, and the smell isn't too off-putting.I noticed a slight improvement in post-workout soreness, but I didn’t experience any dramatic changes in my joint health. I've recently been trying a lot of products from this brand Biogenique which is a supplement company of Jensens Laboratories out of QC Canada. So far I have not had any major issues with any of them including this one. This means that all of the ingredients are not enough on their own but this supplement would serve as a supplement for your supplements.It really is a formula for joint health. I don't have joint pain but I get soreness after working out and this seems to be helping with it. The recommended dose is two capsules two times per day but with food so on days that I'm fasting and only having one meal there's an issue with consistency, but that is a me problem. The capsules contain yellow powder and they are averaged to large size but they're still feasible to swallow with food or water and there's still portable. They have a smell to them but it's not terrible at all. Because it's taken with food I don't have any after taste.The expiry date is may 2027 which is about three years away and there's no requirement to refrigerate this after opening as it's in a twist cap sealed bottle. It's way too soon to determine if I would order this again i'll have to see how it goes when I'm finished the bottle and I will update this review if necessary at that time.
