I ordered this taurine to add to my supplement routine in hopes of gaining muscle mass and general health. So far I have not seen or felt any significant difference but that doesn't mean it's not working as it's only been two weeks. I've tried taurine before and it did help me a bit so I am hopeful this will as well as this brand seems to be decent quality. I've tried many of their other supplements and haven't had any issues so far and that's the same with this one as I have no side effects. The pills are average size and they're easy to swallow with water and there's no smell or taste or any after taste either. There's no need to refrigerate after opening as it's in a twist cap bottle that completely blocks out light. The expiry date is about 2 years away from date of delivery. I enjoy taking this and knowing that I am maximizing my health and strength potential. So all in all I have no reason not to give it 5/5.

I have been taking this for a month as I am big on supplements and always willing to try something new.I will say, I did not notice a change in energy with my workouts, or a decrease in muscle soreness. This doesn't mean it does not work, but for me it means I will focus on supplements where I can identify the effects. Because of this, I gave this 4 out of 5 stars.Now, if taurine does give you noticeable effects, then Biogenique is worth a try as the pills are a reasonable size, and there is no issue with smell or negative side effects like nausea, shakes, or dry mouth...all things I have experienced with prior supplements I have experimented with

I've taken a lot of taurine supplements for my migraines, and its just a good amino acid to supplement in general I believe. And this is a good product for getting taurine. No complaints, it all feels very high quality! In theory this version of taurine is more readily used by the body - so that's nice!
