An expensive option but a good product

I have mixed feelings about this product. Krill oil is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, which the human body needs, and with our Western diets, we often do not get enough, hence supplements that allow us to equalize. The downside is that krill are very close to the bottom of the ladder in the ocean's food chain. And, they also feed some of the ocean's largest mammals, blue whales. These creatures have enough going against them. It’s not just the whales; many creatures depend on these little crustaceans and the oceans where krill get harvested are delicate. I've looked but have not been able to find a lot of information on where on the planet krill are most often harvested and if there is any bi-catch.My healthcare provider has suggested that I try using krill oil as an alternative to usual fish oil to treat a certain ongoing issue that's age-related, as there is more omega 3 in the capsule per gram.The recommended dose as per the label, is one to three per day. That would burn through the 90 capsules very quickly. As I write this review, they are priced at $38.60. So, for a 30-day supply, it breaks down to $1.28 per day, which is a lot. When I compare some fish oils with high omega-3 doses per capsule, the fish oil ends up being a lot easier on the wallet. The gel caps are a lot larger but still easy to swallow. Some of the major brands offer the same dose per capsule. A quick search here on Amazon will bring up a lot of good options.Many people complain about fish burps when taking fish or krill oil. This is common with low-end products. When using a quality product, this seldom happens. I have no aftertaste or fish burps. The gel caps themselves have only a slight fishy scent when I sniff the bottle.These caps are Health-Canada certified, NPN 80078194 and are manufactured in Canada, Montreal. The base product is sourced in Canada and imported. I spent an extensive amount of time researching omega 3 supplements. This is one of the absolute best sources of omega 3 you can buy - if not the actual best. They check every box from testing to the best ingredients to prevent oxidation.Pacific krill is particularly hard to find in supplements. No fishy taste. Made in Canada.I will be buying this for years to come. Highly recommended.

Bonne marque d'huile d'krill ils n'ont aucun arrière-goût de poisson! Par contre il sont difficile à avalé et une pillule est resté coincé dans ma gorge c'était douloureux.
