So after taking these for multiple weeks I am left with wondering if they did anything for me. I found no change in my mood, energy levels or anything else for that matter. To me I was just left with wondering if they did anything. So Im sorry, cant recommend spending money on this product.

Each capsule contains 500mg of green tea extract, and I appreciate that it’s made in Canada, non-GMO, and vegan, which gives me confidence in its safety and effectiveness.The packaging is convenient, with 30 capsules per bottle, providing a one-month supply. However, the price feels a bit high, considering it only includes 30 capsules.Aside from that, this is a high-quality supplement for those looking for a natural approach to weight management.

I have been trying a variety of products by the brand Biogenique and have not had any issues. I also enjoy that they are made in Canada. So far I have found the quality of their products to be good. This time around I am trying their green tea capsules. I received a sealed white plastic 30 capsule bottle. The recommended dose is 1 capsule 1 time per day with food. Based on the recommended dose this bottle should last 30 days. The expiry date on the bottle I received is 2 years and 7 months from the date of delivery. There is no recommendation on the time of day the supplement should be taken but because it has caffeine I prefer to take it in the AM. It is recommended to consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. There is also no recommendation to refrigerate once opened but it is recommended to store in a cool and dry place. The capsules are average size and easy to swollow with a glass of water. I noticed no taste, after taste or smell. I have taken the recommended dose as described and I have not experienced any adverse reactions. I would order again. 5/5

These capsules are primarily green tea extract but do contain small amounts of non-medical ingredients. Namely Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose and Titanium Dioxide. Neither of which I am familiar with. The capsules are an average size and easy to swallow. I didn’t find any residual after taste upon taking them, which is good.The bottle is almost comically under filled. It is the size of a 200+ capsule bottle with only 30 capsules in it. Seems wasteful. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day taken with food. So this bottle is basically a one month supply. At a cost of $28.80 that equates to just under $1 per day, which is a little steep in my opinion. I have tried other similar products that are equal in green tea extract content at less than half or a third of this cost. What I do like is that this is a Canadian company and a Canadian made product with no GMO and is vegan friendly. However, I do not think this justifies the price.Overall these capsules are a great way to get the benefits of green tea extract but the price of entry is a little too high.
