I’m pretty happy with this magnesium. I got it mostly to take in the evening because I sometimes get muscle tightness in my shoulders and legs, and I wanted something that might also help me relax before bed. After using it for a while, I can say it has been a good one for daily use.What I liked most is that it was gentle on my stomach. I’ve tried magnesium before that made me run to the bathroom, but this one did not do that. The capsules are a little big, but they are smooth and easy enough to swallow with water. No weird taste after taking it.I also like that it has a few different forms of magnesium instead of just one. I cannot say which type is doing what exactly, but I did notice I felt a bit calmer at night. It is not some huge dramatic effect, but more like small steady support that fits into a daily routine.The only thing I think could be better is the amount per capsule. Each one is 110 mg, so I wish they made it a little stronger, maybe around 150 to 200 mg per capsule, just so I would not need as many in a day to get a higher amount.

Having to remember or fit into your routine 3 extra pills on top of any others that you take can be a bit much. Other than that.. the multi form approach makes this supplement stand out and it is a fantastic option if you like the idea of different magnesium types in one capsule!
