The drinks I mix into have a much stronger flavour, which overrides the Maca.I can say that over the period I have used it, I've had more clarity of mind. In a drink mix there is very little flavour and, therefore, doesn't take away from the taste of whatever it's mixed into. There are times, however, when I'm in a rush and do have my usual morning drink mixture, so capsules are fast and simple. I have also been loving other products by the brand Biogenique, especially because of their quality and that they are made in Canada. So of course I tried their MACA. I ordered and received a sealed white plastic 60 capsule bottle of their MACA. The recommended dose is 1 capsule 1 time per day. There are specifications and warnings for women who are menopausal and post menopausal, so I highly recommended reviewing the warnings and remarks on the bottle. Based on the recommended dose this bottle should last 60 days. The expiry date on the bottle I received is 2 years and 6 months from the date of delivery. There is no recommendation on the time of day the supplement should be taken or if it should be taken with or without food. There is also no recommendation to refrigerate once opened but it is recommended to store in a cool and dry place. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow with water. I noticed no taste, after taste or smell. I have taken the recommended dose as described and I have not experienced any adverse reactions. I will probably order this again as I noticed a slight increase in energy through the day. 5/5
