Biotin is known for promoting good hair, nails and skin and also for assisting your body with metabolizing carbs, fats and proteins. Since I have increased my daily amount of proteins to gain lean muscle mass, I was looking for a product that helps with good hair but also could help my body convert the extra protein I have been consuming. The Biogenique Biotin supplement comes in a very large bottle for a thirty-day supply. The pills are easy to swallow, small in size and dissolve easily once taken. They have little or no flavour. The formula seems to be very clean and I have had no side effects from taking this formula. One of the key points I like about this supplement is the amount of pure biotin in one small pill which means I don't have to take a bigger size pill or capsule. These small little pills can be taken with my daily supplement regimen and seem to digest quickly. Overall, a good clean supplement from a reputable company that is made in Canada, GMO-Free, and follows GMP standards.

I replaced this with a different biotin I was taking and the results remained consistant.Looking at the price as well it's comparable to other products I have ordered.My only gripe is the ratio in contrast to the size of the container, while I don't often see smaller supplement containers than this, it is a bit concerning that only 1/3 of the container is used to store these, seems somewhat wasteful.

This is a made in Canada product. This is a supplement and everyone will have a different experience of the supplement. My experience has been positive. Biotin is good for a number of reasons. I have not been taking this long, so I have not experienced any significant changes yet, and I can say that this product has not bothered my stomach or caused any side effects. This bottle has about 1 month supply, and I look forward to see if there are any changes in that time. This product is Canadian made and for about $21 at the time of order I feel that this is good value for the money.

As with many natural vitamin products, Biotin provides a tremendous amount of health benefits for hair. In moderation, as with anything else, Biotin should be ingested regularly to help regenerate keratin proteins vital to hair and nail growth as well as hydrating your skin. A more comprehensive prosperity list can be sought online. There are other, preferred methods of biotin ingestion such as eggs, avocado, liver, yeast, bananas, mushrooms, etc..., but this is a more convenient form of vitamin ingestion.I regularly consume biotin in natural form through various comestibles noted earlier, but I decided to try these capsules as an alternate. Biogenique provides 30 capsules with a 500mcg or 0.0005 grams per capsule???... Quite low. Each bottle of 30 units is $20 CAD. Capsules are easy to swallow, approximately small rodent eyeball sized, requiring no assistance from beverages. Texture is chalky but otherwise flavour free. Great for those who do not enjoy tasty snacks, but for those who do...you'll need to coat it with honey yourself. This is a non-GMO product, by the way.Certain things I like and don't like. First, I see no approval stamp for GMP on the containing bottle, the ingredients being domestic and imported, processing and packaging handled in Canada. An international effort with no lasting impressions aside from the well sealed container. Natural biotin intake is still a preferred option for me. This may be difficult for most as obtaining the optimal daily vitamin B7 dosage requires particular food groups and specific foods. Alternately, there are other capsule biotin products with higher dosage per capsule, similar or higher quantity yet at similar prices. This is a GMP compliant product, however this should be disclosed on the product packaging, rather than just a picture on the marketing webpage.I cannot fully endorse these Biogenique biotin capsules. The quantity, potency and price points all converge to formulate a non-competitive supplement. One with robust health benefits, mind you. They provide the benefit of convenience and increased B7 dosage to your regular diet, but the dosage per capsule seems too low, and there are only 30 capsules. A slight increase in potency and significant increase in quantity is required before Bigenique becomes a viable alternate.
