I've been quite a fan of alpha lipoic acid for a few decades now. Being type 1 diabetic, it's a common antioxidant suggested for us. A few things - I really like biogeniques products, I have a few of their supplements and find them all to be gentle on my stomach. I like that they’re double sealed also.I received turkey tail - a supplement I do like and have started taking (it’s excellent by the way packed full of antioxidants and supports for cell repair). I do wonder though - other reviews show a different product than the lipoic acid in their photo, not sure what’s going on with that. I peeled back a label on the bottle, see my photo for the side by side which reaffirms it’s different..I’ll tell you this - order the turkey tail, it’s really great. Gentle to take, no strong smells, a quality dose and very good for my immune system!
